Nothing beats biking 10/18/2018
Three years ago, I noticed that I'd put on more weight
than I was comfortable with and figured the best was to drop

I am sure many of you have heard of the multi stage fitness

the abdomen can all be done by simply tightening muscles,
then relaxing them. This can be done without special equipment
